Delete your Twill account
Twill (Superpuppy) — app ID com.superpuppy.twill. You can use Twill without an account; this page is for people who created one.
트윌 계정 삭제 방법 안내입니다. 계정 없이도 앱을 쓸 수 있으며, 계정을 만든 경우에만 해당됩니다.
Delete in the app (immediate)
- Open Twill and sign in.
- Go to Settings › Account › Delete account.
- Confirm. Your account is deleted right away and you are signed out.
앱에서 설정 › Account › Delete account를 누르면 바로 삭제됩니다.
Request deletion by email
If you can no longer open the app, email support@superpuppy.app from the address you signed up with, with the subject “Delete my Twill account”. We delete the account within 30 days and reply when it is done.
앱을 열 수 없다면 가입한 이메일로 support@superpuppy.app에 “Delete my Twill account”라고 보내 주세요. 30일 안에 삭제하고 회신드립니다.
What is deleted
- Your email address and account ID stored with our sign-in provider (Supabase).
- Any Pro access granted to the account (store purchases stay with your Apple ID or Google Play account and can be restored with Restore purchases).
What is kept
- Photos and edits stay on your device until you delete the app; we never upload them.
- Anonymous usage counts and crash/performance diagnostics are not linked to your account and are kept for up to 14 months for analytics, then deleted.
